TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.The Quick Estimate is an estimate and not a set quote. The Quick Estimate price is based on the work specified being carried out with access to facilities at the property and The Property Renovation Company reserves the right to alter individual prices upon inspection of the site, or should you wish to change the specification of works.

2.We will confirm a fixed price quote with you before work commences, once we have visited the site. This will be by mutual agreement.

3.Any Quick Estimate for decorating work assumes surfaces to be painted are in a stable condition, unless otherwise stated. Any tiling assumes standard size materials unless otherwise stated.

4.Where work requires use of a plumber, carpenter, electrician, we will instruct on your behalf and include their costs in the estimate/quote.

5.Our price includes the cost of removing all rubbish from the property.

6.Should the specification of the work be changed, increased, or if unforeseen problems arise, The Property Renovation Company reserves the right to alter the amount of the estimate/quote and final invoice. Your approval will be sought in advance of any such work being undertaken.

7.A 20% deposit is required prior to commencement of most jobs, where large quantities of materials are required. This is non-refundable and payment of which constitutes agreement of these terms and conditions. Payment options such as key stage payment on large jobs, will all be agreed with you prior to work commencing.
